Cigarettes: Print the cigarette label pdf on heavy card stock. The cigarette sleeve is cut out of chipboard with a white backer side.
The sleeves are 4” x 1 ½” but they need to be adjusted to the size of the pdf. Some are longer or shorter and they vary by about ¼”. The sleeve has a ¼” rim on either side. Again I used a straight edge to score the lines before folding them. The short ends have a double fold that creates a ¼” rim and a longer flap that is folded into the label.
I used Tourney non-filter Kings from Speedway gas station and cut them down to the proper size. Again the size depends on the length of the label.
Wrap the cigarette pack in cellophane and seal with the sealing iron.
