The M-1938 Legging - An Introduction

Step 3. Using a circular motion, wrap the lace once around the bottom hook:

 

Step 4. Now the next tricky part – make sure the lace stays on the hook, but pull all remaining slack through to the next set of eyelets. Remember, you want to have ALL excess slack out of the loop before you start the next one:

Take out all the slack.

 

Step 5. Using a circular motion, wrap the lace around the second hook – this is the same basic motion as in step 3:
